Marketing Director is responsible for the planning and the implementation of all customer-related strategies comprising: CRM, Direct Marketing, Online Marketing, Customer Research, POS Tools Management, Customer Events
Managing a Team of 8 FTEs, and reporting to the Division's General Manager, the marketing director is instrumental in defining how to engage, communicate and better serve our existing clients, and to recruit new ones, using traditional and new tools.
-Defines local marketing strategies in coordination with Global and Local stakeholders
-Plans and deploys customer-oriented plans to support brand engagement and sales
-Identifies opportunities, recommends and defines specific actions across the board, that would enable business growth
-Proposes and orchestrates 360-degree ideas/actions in line with the division's strategy, and in coordination with other departments
-Fosters innovation and manages resources ensuring highest team performance
-Maximizes cost performance and quality production from partners/suppliers
-Promotes cross-functional activities to leverage internal resources and brand impact
The Successful Applicant
-Deep experience in marketing & communications within a highly competitive environment. Proven track records in luxury and/or fashion, a plus
-Experience in digital tools, for communication and /or customer engagement
-Strategic thinker. Good understanding of high customer/retail mind-set
-Fully proficient in Japanese and English, written and verbally. French an advantage.
