About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest foreign exchange companies. With headquarter in London and major offices across the world and retail stores at almost every cities, our client continues to grow in both size and revenue. Its main businesses are international payments, bureaux de change and issuing prepaid credit cards for use by travelers.
+Deliver, implement and support global L&D and business initiatives with Management
and Leadership Teams across all business areas of the local geography. This
includes Retail, Support Functions, Partners & Business Development, Products &
Marketing and Online & Mobile.
+Use ULearn / technology and current learning philosophies to ensure delivery of
contemporary learning solutions.
+Facilitate and deliver development programmes to Manager levels across all functions
& business areas e.g. Compliance, Finance, HR, IT using adult learning and
instructional design principles.
+Support timely and efficient delivery of people programmes. Communicate
intent of the programme, train and coach managers to keep programme
delivery on track and deal with concerns. Put in place appropriate project
plans where necessary.
+Monitoring local Leadership Teams to ensure that every colleague receives an
induction and ongoing development experience in line with consistent global
standards and local requirements. Put in place appropriate interventions / re-training
of Managers where necessary.
+Demonstrate effectiveness of L&D interventions through providing monthly training
measurement reports. This includes data collection, analysis, interpretation and
+Partner with the L&D Content Manager to design and develop original and engaging
content for all levels of our learning community, which support our continuous learning
+Support and coach the technical and behavioural development of Support Trainers &
Support Team Buddies.
+Collaborate with your L&D Manager to proactively identify local training activities,
opportunities, agendas and schedules.
+Owning the relationships with local stakeholder relationships in order to deliver
specific development needs across all business areas of the local geography.
+Communicating progress and issues relating to the training / development strategy
and goals to the L&D Manager and local Leadership Group.
+Ensuring all global training material content is localised, fit for purpose and relevant.
+Managing and coordinating delivery of learning materials within expected timeframes
using a variety of delivery models.
+ Modelling consistent behaviour with regards to role execution, positive attitude and
being supportive of company initiatives and goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience as a Team Leader or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, facilitation
techniques and training measurement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high levels of personal
confidence and self sufficiency.
- The ability to work productively under pressure with tight deadlines and prioritise
- A solid knowledge of L&D technologies including ULearn, Articulate and Microsoft
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
