- Assist in projects including implementation, testing and coordination.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum two years of application / client services support in the financial industry.
- Basic technical skills: Windows, Linux Scripting, Databases
- Preferred: Product knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, Equities. Derivatives
- Good communication skills. Bilingual in Japanese and English languages required.
- Detailed oriented, logical and customer focused
- Ability to travel within Japan and abroad, if required
