Inside Sales Specialist
About Our Client
Manage inquiries and generate quotations for Customers, normally in close coordination with the respective outside Regional Sales Manager.
Order contract management including order entry and processing, documentation requirements, order status reports, shipping details, etc.
Establish and maintain lines of communication with customers. Field customer product, technical, performance and commercial questions.
Liaise with Order Processing, Manufacturing and Engineering at our many overseas affiliate companies and as well as our 3rd party product partners to fulfill Customer's order contract, inquiry requirement or general requests. This will include:
The Successful Applicant
sales support experience within the mechanical equipment process industry
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Self-starting, proactive and ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. Written and verbal.
Intermediate-to-Advanced "Business" English (written and spoken)
Strong organisational ability and detail oriented
Strong technical aptitude
Experience with or knowledge of the ASME, ATEX, ISO and other international Standards would be highly advantageous. However comprehensive training will be provided.
Willing to travel if required
