About Our Client
With 275 employees worldwide, our client is growing revenue at double digit rates and has achieved market leadership in service assurance technologies for next generation IP communications systems including TDM, IP telephony, CTI, IVR, VoIP, SIP and Unified Communications.
Our client's consultants may deploy or upgrade on-premise automated testing and monitoring solutions in new IP-based contact centers, CTI implementations, IVR or voice portal installations, or undertake projects to ensure the effectiveness of Contact Center application software modifications. Our product line includes solutions for Contact Center Testing as well as Performance Management and includes: OneSight for Contact Centers, Voice Watch® proactive monitoring, and network edge device testing.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
*Protocols: TCP/IP, NTP/SNTP, VoIP, TDM
*Programming skills: C++, C#, Java, VB, Ruby, XML/VXML, .net framework
*OS: Linux Server deployment and troubleshooting Apache, Tomcat
*Model based tools - finite state diagrams, model based code generation, IVR app development)
*Test Automation - Product knowledge preferred and web based testing tools
*Contact Center domain knowledge: IP telephony, CTI, ACD, IVR, including product knowledge of Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Siebel;
oArchitecture, design, implementation and configuration of Contact Center systems
*Proficiencies in: verbal and written communications, MS Office applications, Customer Engagement, Problem recognition, documentation and solutions; Test Plan development; Solution design; Project scoping, Project Management
What's on Offer
This position offers from 6 to 9 million yen, including bonus.
There is a discretionary bonus and sick leave/holiday system in place.
