About Our Client

*Provide a full spectrum of HR services including staff planning, policy making, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee compensation and benefits
*Support business unit / function heads to formulate and implement strategic HR-related matters including compensation/remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, training and organisational enhancement
*Ensure that the organisation's human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
The Successful Applicant
Preferred experience working within a high-tech or sales driven organisation. The applicant should have some experience working as an HR Manager including sufficient knowledge of compensation, training, benefits payroll, and staffing. Thorough employee relations experience required. Requires excellent communication, influence, conflict resolution, coaching/counseling and project management skills.
