About Our Client
Our client is a well known IT software company headquartered in the US. They have a middle sized operation in Japan with relatively small HR team.
Responsible for providing real HR services to the Japan business which includes:
-Strategic employee relations engagement and management
-Implement corporate human resources policies
-Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees at all levels to help drive growth and development
-Engage in HR program delivery to business groups
-Supports the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization
The Successful Applicant
Should be a seasoned HR professional from multinational organisations. Comprehensive knowledge and extended experience on broad-based culture and development solutions, employee relations, HR operations and Transition and Change Management. Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills. Solid knowledge & experience on labor law relative things.
