About Our Client
The Client is a Global Asset Management and Trading financial organization.They specialize in managing industrial, infrastructure and retail properties, and have been hugely successful over the past decade.
The successful HR Associate candidate will assist the HR team with the following responsibilities:
+ Support with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
+ Compile and update employee records.
+ Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
+ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities ( staffing, training, performance management etc).
+ Coordinate HR Projects ( meeting, surveys, training etc).
+ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. \
+ Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations based on compliances.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will hold the following key characteristics:
+ Excellent organization and communication skills.
+ Native/fluent in Japanese
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products ( Excel, Word, PPT).
+ High level of integrity and confidence.
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on issues that require it.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Creative and willingness to exercise initiative.
