About Our Client
Our client is a global market leader, they now have approval for Japan and are establishing their commercial divisions.
*Exceed overall sales and profitability goals.
*Communicate with Sales Director and Marketing team.
*Communicate with company's management about any areas and topics to maximize sales revenue and profit.
*Mentor and train the sales representatives directly in the following areas to develop high-performing team that exceeds expectation.
Developing effective sales strategies for targeted accounts to make quarterly and annual targets.
Providing training for strong product knowledge and outstanding selling skills.
Coaching sales representatives to attain and manage high motivation for achieving and exceeding goals.
*Establish strong relationship with key customers.
*Provide accurate forecasts to marketing and company's management.
*Perform annual reviews of direct reports.
*Provide customer-insight to the organization for current/future product requirements.
The Successful Applicant
*5+ years of experience as sales representative, and experience at sales management.
*Sales experience in Imaging business is ideal. Sales experience in capital equipment is must.
*Having both direct sales and dealer management experience.
*Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
*Strong financial and business understanding.
*Frequent travel is required.
*English speaking/presentations skill is plus.
What's on Offer
*10 - 15m JPY base salary (18m base is max budget)
