About Our Client
Our client offers a complete range of integrated audio, web, video and Unified Communications solutions and is one of the largest and fastest growing Collaboration Service Providers in the world.
*Achieve and/or surpass revenue targets for each business line set by the company
*Manage and drive the revenue forecast and pipeline for each responsible business line.
*Strategically target and acquire Web/Video/UC business opportunity
*Increase monthly revenue by closing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing clients
*Effectively manage and grow all new accounts acquired through sales efforts
*Create client presentations, proposals and customer reports
*Report daily, weekly and monthly productivity to VP-Sales.
*Actively attend sales meetings with prospects.
*Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within the sales database
*Maintain a high level of New Business activity
*Manage direct reports to ensure the business objectives are met through direct supervision.
*Provide support and guidance to sales reps.
The Successful Applicant
*5+ years experience in B2B sales
*Sales experience in Video/Web conferencing industry
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Must be a committed self/quick-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
*The ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
*Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
*Has successfully proven to manage the sales cycle
