About Our Client
Our client small professional firm headquartered in the US. They have under 50 people in Japan and expected to expand over the next few years, creating this new position opening.
*Deliver HR support to Japan leadership team and its employees
*Develop and drive new HR oriented programs and initiatives to positively impact change management
*Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives
*Advise and support local business managers and employees in all generalist HR matters
The Successful Applicant
*Solid HR experience working as a Head of HR or HR Business Partner preferably in a similar industry
*Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
*A roll up your sleeves mentality with a high level of energy and attention to detail
*Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
*A proactive communicator in both English and Japanese
*Ability and desire to work with employees at all levels in the organization
