About Our Client
Direct Marketing Agency
-Work closely with Business Development, Account Relationship Management and other business teams to define analytics solutions to business problems. The activities included following but not limited to these.
Support business or operational decisions by providing accurate and timely analysis and reports required by senior management team or other business departments of Japan team.
Drive revenue growth by establishing the end-to-end customer value management process from customer data management, decision / statistical modeling, campaign execution as well as campaign tracking and analysis
Support the new business partners' acquisition and the maintenance/development of existing partner relationships through value-added customer analytics and related services.
2.Cultivate Analytics Culture and Train Staffs
-Communicate and educate team members, business users and executives on analytics and data driven decision making.
-Train and mentor junior team members for technical skills, advanced analytical solutions and business domain knowledge.
3.Collaborate with Regional Customer Analytics team
-Work with Regional team to incorporate analytics best practices from other markets and implement in Japan and vice versa.
-Extend support by participating in customer analytics initiatives and projects in other organizations across Asia as and when necessary
4.Research and Development (R&D)
-Work closely with Regional team on R&D the newly developed analytical techniques and its application in business, research industry trend and potential business opportunities in order to better support existing business partners for their business expansion and acquire new business partners.
5.Manage Outside Vendors
-Manage and oversee activities and relationships with external analytics service providers for marketing analytics & automation tools as per business needs.
The Successful Applicant
・Knowledge of the insurance industry
・Knowledge of financial services industry
・Advanced skills in statistical analysis such as principal component analysis, regression, clustering and forecasting and ability to communicate those techniques to non-technical audience
・Strong hands-on and efficient programming skills using SQL and SAS are a must, experience in NoSQL, Python, R, or Java an advantage
・Communicating with impact and credibility
・English language skills
