About Our Client
This company provides Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Procurement, and Employee Expense Management applications to some of the world's largest organizations. Based in the US, they are rapidly increasing their market share and expanding their business here in Japan, and have already won major accounts with local clients as well.
You will be responsible for all Presales activities of the Company's cloud-base Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for clients. This includes requirement gathering, demo creation, presentation, building relationships with clients, and up selling.
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 6 years experience in a Presales / Sales Consulting role
* Experience presenting Administrative computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience
* Strong technical and functional experience
* Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Expertise knowledge of Administrative systems around HR, Payroll are mandatory (**Note - knowledge of both Budgeting and Sponsored Research is a big plus)
* Professional presentation skills
* Business-level English, Native-level Japanese are mandatory
