The Successful Applicant
・Strong analytical skills
・Strong communicative and business user engagement capabilities
・Above business-level Japanese proficiency
・Understanding of Banking products
・Understanding of in 1-2 areas of the middle to back-office functional areas of the trade cycle (e.g., position/risk management, collateral management, funding/cash management, settlements, regulatory, finance & accounting)
・Project delivery experience including:
- project management
- business requirements definition/gap analysis
- functional specifications/business process design
- user acceptance test planning/execution and user training
