About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in virtualization technology with a world renowned brand name. They have a company of over 200 employees in their Japan office and are growing rapidly as they grow their product line-up and take shares from other competitors.
*Provides technical assistance on products to customers of large size, scope, and/or political complexity - via phone, email and/or remote access.
*Works independently to perform advanced problem analysis and isolate problems of high complexity.
*Achieves and maintains targeted call statistics such as number of calls answered, number of cases closed or issues resolved, along with other established goals.
*Publishes articles on complex technical support issues in online knowledgebase, reviews others' articles, and contributes on internal forums and distribution lists
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years in a support position
- Knowledge in either, upper layer networking, security, virtualization, or database technology.
- Knowledge in Windows technologies is a strong plus
- Fluency in Japanese
- Business level in English
