About Our Client
Our Client is a one of the largest financial services institution in the world and they have very strong presence in Equity
The position is within a large group of people that has diversity. Therefore, there are great opportunities to develop team work skills, communication skills interacting with various parties, and a wide range of business knowledge. And also this position has lots of opportunities to contact with various overseas colleagues in related to the clients activities and inquiries. It is expected to proactively liaise with other offices and parties to add value as the group who capture client activities upstream. In addition to internal communications, the position has an exposure to our external clients on a daily basis. The Successful Applicant
-Communication: Excellent communication skills are required both internally and externally to work with variety of stakeholders
-Language: Japanese is a must and English are essential.
-PC skill: Must be a PC literate. Excel and Word skills are required.
-Other competencies: The person should be a self starter, a team player, a fast learner and independent. The person should be able to take initiative in providing excellent customer service and to have sound administrative discipline.
