As a representative of the Service & Support delivery organization, you will be mainly responsible for Large Enterprise customers and provide value of holistic Service (Consulting & Support) offerings.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong customer-focus minded and customer management competency
- Analyze customer situation and develop an engagement strategy.
- Conduct value-oriented proposal of the Service & Support team
- Highly sophisticated communication for engaging and maintaining the relationship with senior management level.
- Self-starter and strong sense of ownership.
