About Our Client
Our client is a world famous consumer products brand. They have a very large market presence in Japan for many years with biggest market share. They are looking for a capable ecommerce director to run their online business and lead a large team of specialists.
Drive forward the Products, UX and Operations strategy for eCom and will ensure product presentation on-site is an accurate reflection of our current product offering and inline with consumer expectations.
Strategize site merchandising and user experience to create impact on consumer behavior, understanding what factors will drive interaction, conversion and sell-through.
Build out an evergreen content & product strategy across our key pages and strike a balance with commercial success and brand positioning within the market; and will have a team to help support him/her within that vision.

The Successful Applicant
3 to 15 years of relevant experience in e-commerce site-merchandising and Master Data Management in a consumer-facing company.
Strong command of both Japanese and English language, written and spoken.
Experience in leading and managing a team.
