About Our Client
Our client is a major international consumer product manufacturer from Europe.
They have a large presence here in Japan and is the NO.1 market share holder in their industry.
The business has established its Ecommerce team a few years ago and is now looking to further expand their business.
Drive forward the Products, UX and Operations strategy for eCom and will ensure product presentation on-site is an accurate reflection of our current product offering and inline with consumer expectations.
Build out an evergreen content & product strategy across our key pages and strike a balance with commercial success and brand positioning within the market; and will have a team to help support him/her within that vision.
Plans e-Commerce merchandizing goals and develops online merchandize strategies in collaboration with internal product team.
Leads e-Commerce UX project and evolution in line with the brand and business strategy
Assists in the development of the annual strategy and financial plans of e-Commerce
Communicates and execute visual merchandizing strategy within e-Commerce site
Supports product team to work with inventory planning to meet product availability needs
Works closely with the Campaign manager to develop image, content, features, promos, and landing pages within the site to drive product sales
Communicates with the Data Analytics Manager to analyze site metrics, identify opportunities, and develop site planning
Communicates opportunities and findings to cross channel partners
The Successful Applicant
3-15years of relevant experience in e-commerce site-merchandising and Master Data Management in a consumer-facing company.
Business proficient in both Japanese and English.
Team management experience.
