About Our Client

・Lead the team to Design & develop research projects, tools and capabilities that lead Brand Commercial Business Analysis to ensure creation of best-in-class strategic research to support effectively and efficiently resources allocation. Expand current methodologies and reach of results across the organisation through strong networking and sharing processes
・Lead the research team to develop fact based insight driven decision processes for marketing commercial activities by seeking to match business needs with appropriate research methodologies, and assure optimum resource allocation among resources
・Establish department vision, plans, priorities, and standards for research protocols and decision making action standards. Successfully develop key technical and soft skills of the team as a people manager to ensure success in reaching the vision and plans
・Align resources to ensure constituents and strategic priorities are effectively supported with analysis projects, consultation and expertise.
・Assess current best practices outside Japan and evaluate/modify to fit Company needs. Helping and supporting Corporate implement state of the art methodologies in other countries as needed when Japan is exporting expertise.
・Manage day-to-day priorities and activities of business growth drivers function.
・Coach and develop associates to meet current and future needs of Japan
・Lead the connection of Insights to the wider system through participation with bottler and CCCMC partners
・Manage the research budget of the Brand and Channel teams in addition to the I research budget in a compliant and optimal manner. Support the ZBW budget allocation decision making process with tools such as MVA and DME allocation.
