About Our Client

Position Title : Coordinator
Department : Digital Media
Position Reports To : Digital Media Manager
1. A summary of main roles.
・ Create proposals, initiate negotiations with clients/agencies, and execute contents production and promotional activities, closely working with Creative & Contents Team, Consumer Products Team and other internal stakeholders.
2. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES .
・ IP Licensing: Create proposals for Digital Platform (Viber, LINE, Ameba, etc.) and Mobile app developer & publisher (mixi, GREE, etc) to close deals. Confirm contracts with the Legal Team (BALA) as well as partners, and draft deal memo as required.
・ MTVjapan.com: Create proposals for agencies and clients for sponsorship. Close deals and execute tie-up/digital ad activities. Coordinate requirements (specifications, schedule) with Tech Team and/or external vendors for contents production.
・ Manage production and design approval process and deliver the agreed digital products to partners.
・ Manage monthly invoicing operation with Finance. Initiate promotions with Digital operation team after the product releases.

4. COMPETENCY PROFILE
・ Digital marketing, knowledge about ad technology.
・ Excellent communication skills.
・ Excellent project management skill.
・ Be interested in foreign music and/or animation a plus.
5. WORKING EXPERIENCE
・ 3 years of working experience in sales
・ Experience in digital content sales a plus
6. QUALIFICATION PROFILE
・ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
・ Japanese: Native level, English: intermediate level
