About Our Client
Leading global IT Software Vendor
*Define and manage the execution of B2B digital marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline. Create and manage the systems and processes for campaign planning, initiation, development and launch.
*Develop marketing programs that generate awareness and result in conversions or new-name leads. Programs include SEO/SEM, paid digital media, social media programs and content syndication.
*Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to develop a calendar of Top-of-the-Funnel content (eg Video, infographics, Presentations, Blogs, etc) that truly resonates with target customers.
*Work with internal and/or external creative resources to ensure adherence to our brand standards and campaign themes with a keen eye for quality and results
*Work with Marketing Operations to develop Lead Nurturing programs that drive engagement and result in MQLs (Marketing Qualified leads)
*Report out results to the team on digital marketing performance (campaign ROI) and continually optimize creative, channels, messaging, call to actions, and spend for maximum ROI
*Supervise and optimize SEO/SEM and advertising channels including display advertising, retargeting, content syndication, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
*Manage media partners to support campaign objectives.
*Align with web team to drive website strategy and demand generation performance
*Analyze digital marketing initiative effectiveness using available analytics tools, and make recommendations for marketing campaign optimization based on those results.
The Successful Applicant
*Business level English is a must
*A four-year degree in a related field such as business, computer science, or marketing is preferred, Marketing degree desirable
*3+ years B2B marketing experience developing, executing and managing multi-faceted, integrated campaign and programs that drive deeper engagement with target audiences, increase visibility/awareness and are capable of driving differentiation.
*A strong understanding and demonstrated expertise in the areas of website strategy, management and analytics; search engine optimization; SEM, marketing automation, including lead scoring and lead nurturing; social marketing / social media; digital advertising; content syndication, and content marketing using these and other digital tools.
*Exceptional written communication abilities; excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills as demonstrated through the ability to maintain good working relationships.
*Be a master of analytics: measure and report on results/impact/continuous improvement strategies. Strong experience delivering comprehensive marketing campaign metrics that clearly measure how content, programs and campaigns are performing.
*Marketo Software expertise or certification is a plus
*Eloqua Oracle expertise or certification is a plus
*Google AdWords Certification and Bing Ad Accreditation is a plus
