About Our Client
My client sells small tools that get its customers perky, fed, and excited. Known internationally for its portfolio of some 20 brand names, they make cookware (non-stick bakeware, pressure cookers), appliances (toasters, coffee makers, vacuums), and personal care items (hair dryers, scales, and electric razors).
A global leader in small appliance manufacturing, it sells its products in more than 140 countries. Founded in the 1800's they are headquartered in France.
They are present in Japan for cookware and SDA mainly by one well known brand, which is expecting further growth.
*Develop and deliver the short, mid and long term digital marketing strategies in alignment with the global marketing vision
*Manage relationships with key EC partners (e.g. Amazon Media Group and Rakuten) to develop/implement strategic marketing action plans
*Coordinate all digital actions between marketing and sales initiatives as well as outside business partners
*Develop and manage digital campaigns and programs by defining a clear KPI to improve marketing funnel and conversion to purchase
*Manage performance, usability and functionality of owned media
*Manage and evaluate the performance of media buying agencies
*Drive efficient budget allocation of digital marketing investments
The Successful Applicant
*University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
*3-5 years of digital marketing
*Digital Media Planning experience
*Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRM
*Project Management skills
*Fluent Japanese and business level of English
*Data analytical skills
Nice to have:
*e-commerce marketing experience
*Experience of developing web contents and other digital applications
*Social media marketing, Contents marketing, Influencer marketing
