*As the 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer, you will be working in a small team of engineers reporting directly into the Head of IT
*You will be working in an internal support environment, offering 2nd line troubleshooting support
The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant for the 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer role, you will hove 2-3 years experience in:
*Windows XP / 7.
*Windows Server 2008 / 2012.
*PC break-fix support and printer maintenance.
