About Our Client
This is one of the most famous travel e-commerce company, originally from the European country.
ã»Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax;
ã»Handle sales requests by phone and e-mail;
ã»Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
ã»Outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;
ã»Liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
ã»Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.

ã»Independent and customer friendly.
Our ideal candidate is:
ã»Experienced with Customer Care, internet and hotel industry;
ã»Fluent in both written and spoken English and Japanese;
ã»Available Full-time (40 hrs/week) and flexible in work schedule;
ã»Available to attend a full-time (4 weeks) paid training;
ã»In possession of Japanese Citizenship, Japanese Permanent Residence or Work Permit.
