About Our Client
Our client is a global logistics company that specialises in fashion and apparel.
-Execute and manage inbound/outbound operations and documentations.
-Negotiate favorable rates.
-Develop strong customer relationships, with a focus on generating new business opportunities.
-Process domestic orders for other business units as required.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor degree and a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience.
-Extensive knowledge of logistic operation laws and regulations.
-Proven ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
-Proven track record of working within deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy.
-Fluent in both Japanese and English
-Experience using SAP system
