About Our Client
Our client is a multinational semiconductor and telecommunications equipment company that designs and markets wireless telecommunications products and services.
-Process domestic orders for other business units as required.
-Keep customers forecast information always up to date through weekly and/or monthly forecast meetings.
-Follow through order fulfillment process from order input to actual shipment. -Carefully judge customers realistic demand to optimize supply, minimizing inventory level while not impacting customers sales opportunities to carriers.
-Execute and manage inbound/outbound operations and documentations.
-Negotiate favorable rates.
-Develop strong customer relationships, with a focus on generating new business opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor degree and a minimum of 3 years related customer service experience and or Supply Chain Management.
-Extensive knowledge of logistic operation laws and regulations.
-Proven ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
-Proven track record of working within deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy.
-Fluent in both Japanese and English
-Experience using SAP system
