About Our Client
Our client is a leading retail company with over 1500 employees in Japan. Over the past 5 years they have been growing over 20% per year.
Our client's Customer Service (CS) department is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for driving new and improvement projects within JP CS team. Projects include company-wide projects and CS projects. You will support the Customer Service Mission Statement ("timely, accurate, and professional") by using operational expertise to improve and preserve the highest standards of quality and service, in addition to driving success through proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment. You will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service. We require a demonstrated ability to plan, research, and to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
Years of Experience: 3 years
- Experience managing complex projects
- Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional and complex projects.
- Ideally experience within Customer Support, Customer Service, Technical Support
- Fluency in Japanese and business level English
