About Our Client
US-based world wide famous personal care product company. The company sells more than 200 personal care products.
Responsibilities and Requirements will be flexible to some extent depending on the candidate's capabilities and experience:
-Contribute to CRM program development, execution, review and refinement to improve CVL.
-Plan and execute promotions by aligning with Marketing/CX strategy.
-Develop promotion materials by working closely with outside vendors such as BOP vendors, advertising agencies, and design companies.
-Setup campaigns with campaign management system. Data management is also included.
-Provide campaign measurement and analysis. Prepare proposals to improve effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns from insights obtained from the analysis.
-Conduct data analyses for marketing activities not only for CX, but also for other marketing functions such as product marketing.
-Prepare reports for marketing KPI and promotion results.
-Support execution of research, market data gathering, and others required for CX activities.
The Successful Applicant
-3 or more years' marketing experience.
-Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, team members and suppliers.
-Project management and organizational skills
-Intermediate to advanced skill of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP), Marketing Automation Systems, and BI tools.
-Good command of English (TOEIC700+)
