About Our Client
Our client is the direct marketing agency, focusing on a life insurance, pension and asset management company with businesses in more than 25 countries.
This role responsible for providing clear insights into company's sales performance through standardized and robust tracking and reporting practices. The role is working with business development, account relationship management, marketing, and operation teams to drive the right sales performance.
The role plays a critical client-facing role in translating the internal and external client's business objectives into analytics with accountability in delivering company' Value Proposition and contributing to the successful transformation of their business to an "Insights-Driven and Customer Experience-Led" insurance distribution and direct marketing leader in the Asia Pacific Region.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the business intelligence domain.
-Relevant experience in the areas of business intelligence, data-warehousing and sales performance management
-Strong hands-on and efficient programming skills using SQL and SAS are a must, experience in NoSQL, Python, R, or Java is an advantage.
-Familiar with data systems and competent with datamart construction
-Understand automation techniques used in reporting.
-Good communication skill and able to influence at all levels within the business partners and internally within the company.
-Bilingual of Japanese and English.
-Knowledge of the insurance industry will be added advantage
-Family with reporting tools i.e. Tableau or Cognos is a plus.
-Advanced skills in statistical analysis i.e. regression and forecasting and being able to communicate those techniques to non-technical audience is a plus.
