About Our Client
Global Fashion related Mobile App company with more than 1 Billion users
*Management of the campaign set up, testing and execution across all channels. This will include In-App communications (messages within the game), Push Notifications, Email and Social Media
*Post campaign analysis, reporting and formulating action plans to drive continual optimisation of campaigns
*Conducts A/B testing with a focus on data-driven metrics such as pricing, timing and behavioural segmentation
*Coordinates creative development with internal creative teams
*Innovates and comes up with new ways to improve user engagement, retention, conversion and reactivation
*Lead / Mentor Junior Marketers in the Team
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent Japanese with fluent English (Fluent Mandarin Preferred)
- 2 - 5 Years of Digital Marketing Experience
- Leadership / Mentorship of junior staff
- Experienced with AB Testing, Segmentation
- Self Starter mindset.
