About Our Client
International retail business with more than 50 stores in Japan and large CRM database. They have a stable team with established system and out sourced agency.
They wish to hire an efficient and capable CRM manager to take the lead and drive many upcoming promotional events.
Drive the execution of the CRM plan with related functions to increase and connect the consumer engagement.
- Plan and execute the data capture campaign across all consumer touch points.
- Mange & develop the CRM member communications. (Newsletter, website, social, etc)
- Data analysis ( newsletter, campaign, purchase)
- Pro-actively develop and recommend the plans to increase engagement with the consumers.
- Work cross-function and collaboratively internally to maximize the consumer engagement.
- Partner with IT and external vendors (if/where required) to create the necessary technical infrastructure to support the program.
The Successful Applicant
- 3 to 15 years of relevant CRM OR consumer data analytical experience in consumer business.
- Advanced user of MS office
- Ability to understand and analyze the data and produce actionable insights
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision making abilities
- Fluent in Japanese, business proficient in English, written and spoken
