About Our Client
Our client is the one of the most popular consumer electronics company well known for their drastic design and technology.
1.Support CRM associate manager with development of the annual communication plan to activate and engage customers contributing to the growth of the loyalty program.
2.Take ownership for all tasks related to content production and channel selection for member campaigns to deliver customized and targeted direct communication in alignment with other digital communication.
3.Ensure the process for creating direct communication (briefing to creative team, liaising with internal functions and follow up) is delivered to ensure all campaign deadlines are met.
4.Implement and develop direct communication content (triggered, behavior & predictive) testing and learning which drives the most added value for the customers
5.Secure that all content creation adheres to the Brand guidelines, values and is optimized for the relevant direct communication channel
6.Customer Focus: Working with brand team, creative hub, and PR to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities with lifecycle email, casual event communication, nurturing program, and customer loyalty program, eventually contributing toward improving customer lifetime value.
7.Prospect name gathering: With using any opportunities, new product launch, shop opening, event, social media campaign, and affiliates program, focus on building up prospect data base. Plan and execute the best nurturing plan to turn prospect to our loyal customers
8.Support development of ad copy creation for listing and display media
9.Proof read of translation copy of owned media, website, social post,
The Successful Applicant
*Strong knowledge of digital marketing and CRM
*Knowledge and experience of working with direct communication channels within the loyalty landscape in a multi-channel environment.
