In Japan, they have presence of more than 10 years and currently employs more than 60 people.
The product and brand in Japan has been regarded as high end and high quality product. Something that not many foreign companies could manage to do in this market.
- Secure order/revenue
- Produce annual growth
- Set budgets and goals per partner
- Provide monthly sales budgets to the VP of Sales
Distribution Partner Management
- Provide annual sales budgets per partner.
- Assist partners in promotional events.
- Motivate partners to deliver increased sales volume.
- build a strong relationship with partners to ensure dedication to the brand.
- Attract new distribution partners to represent the brand.
- Handle a multi-partner sales channel including conflict resolution.
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree
- Able to communicate in English and Japanese effectively.
- Ideally comes with a strong background from a similar position where you have influenced both the strategic and operational sales efforts.
- Has a track record of making results in sales, marketing and distributor management.
- Has a great understanding of the drivers for users in high end Photographic systems.
- Able to use standard Office Software.
