- Your responsibility is Corporate Sales of client's products where is in charge of Japan.
- Visit distributors and channel partners who are manager or director Level people.
- Your work, participate periodical meeting, try to build good relations with our distributor, suggestion and explain to our products and manage your subordinates.
- To lead your team (Strong Leadership) with strategy, suggestion and cooperation for team work.
- Managed your division (including people manage) Clear Direction and Speedy action.
- Commit to your team of figures by your strategy.
The Successful Applicant
- Highly motivated; Work experienced from Maker ,Trading Company and IT industry to join our corporate sales team.
- Should have 3-5 years of corporate sales experience and distributor business.
- People Management experience needed.
- Commit to Figure (Rev, GP , Unit etc.)
- Aggressive and Smart (Logical, quick thinker and strong figures.)
- Like to Challenge and Team Work
- Excellent Communication Skill. (English communication skills preferred)
- To take a leadership for your team
