About Our Client

- Labour management and management of C&B team members
- Personnel management using the HR and Payroll systems
- Ensuring compliance to labour laws and regularly updating company policies accordingly
- Supporting mobility processes for incoming and outgoing expat employees
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years experience in compensation & benefits management
- Knowledge of payroll processing, social insurance, year-end tax adjustments, Japanese labour laws, etc.
- Extended experience of using HR & Payroll systems
- High communication and leadership skills
