About Our Client

*Work with the project owners and stakeholders to conduct elicitation activities with them to document their business needs and expected goals.
*Document the overall business goals and objectives that need to be met by the project and validate that these are aligned with the overall business strategy.
*Define business requirements oriented to solve business problems.
*Produce Business requirements documents according to internal company standards (framework and templates) in alignment with SDLC requirements.
*Support the project manager to obtain business case and gating documentation approval.
*Conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues.
*Review current business processes and identify areas where the processes need improvement / optimizing.
*Assist with the development of formal recommendations for presentation to management.
*Ensure stakeholder requirements are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
*Assess existing capabilities and identify gaps that prevent the business from achieving its target state.
*Determine priority and release allocations of each requirement. Work with stakeholders to resolve conflicting requirements, change requests and priorities.
*Ensure that the stakeholders and the project team are in agreement on the solution scope. Assess proposed solution to identify gaps and shortcomings, and determine necessary workarounds..
*Determine the relevant sets of requirements for a particular group and present those requirements in an appropriate format for that audience.
*Provide the project team regular updates regarding requirements development during the performance of business analysis tasks.
*Work with the different stakeholders to define the methods and acceptance criteria that will be used to verify that the solution meets the requirements.
The Successful Applicant
*Good analysis and design skills and able to learn leading methods and associated tools & techniques
*Track record in successfully engaging in business analysis work with demonstrated ability to analyse and synthesize information provided by a large group of people.
*Business Analysis background with experience in all areas of business analysis (elicitation, analysis, BRD authoring, UAT )
*Experienced in working on complex projects and balancing a wide variety of competing tasks and priorities.
*Ability to identify, develop and map Level I, II, III processes maps using IBM Blue works.
Education and Qualifications
*3~5 years of experience in Business Analysis in the finance industry
*Good understanding of the BABOK principles
*Good understanding of SDLC
*Good documentation and presentation skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
*Advance skills in using Microsoft Visio, or similar modelling tools.
*Fluent in Japanese and English both written and spoken.
