More than 3 years of experience with marketing/branding function
1. Strong strategic thinking capability and commitment to the result
2. Multiple experiences to develop and execute big communication campaigns
3. Background of research design/execution
4. Strong interest to the insurance industry and digital territory.
5. Strong leadership enabling to bond of not only internal but also external resources
6. Fluent in Japanese and English
7. Good at business software i.e. MS Word/Excel/Power Point
8. Leading team/project with people management responsibility.
