About Our Client

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented Junior Marketing Manager (or Marketing Manager, depending on experience) to support the reactive and proactive sales of fragrances and help clients understand & build their brands. This role creatively integrates market data and analysis and emerging lifestyle trends, consumer insights, and product, brand and competitive intelligence in order to deliver best in class services to our customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in project management, communication and influencing skills, and brand understanding.
*Gain deep understanding of fragrance brands and product portfolios in order to identify new opportunities in the market.
*Identify and leverage key social, product, brand and trends to help build marketing rationale and concepts.
*Write fragrance & ingredient descriptions, marketing concepts and perfumer interviews to support fragrance candidates.
*Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver business solutions.
*Arrangement for PR Event and Advertisement in stores and special occasions
The Successful Applicant
*Prior work experience of at least 3 years in a corporate environment for marketing and communication
*Strong knowledge Microsoft Office - expertise in PowerPoint
*Works well under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple priorities to balance
*Interest in products, brands, culture, beauty/fragrance, trends helpful
