About Our Client
Our client is the top FMCG company from US having the top share in Japan and leading other APAC regions.
Develop local segment marketing strategy for short term and long term respectively with Marketing Manager
Develop and evolve breakthrough brand communication strategy/plan in partner with the advertising agencies.
Develop and execute 360˚ marketing plans (advertising, digital activation, in-store promotion and all other marketing mix) based on Marketing strategies
Collaborate with Global Segment Manger to get desired new product initiatives to Japan market and to strengthen new product initiatives pipeline.
Lead and collaborate with Sales Planning Group, Category Development Group, Sales Support Group and Key Account Teams for trade presentation and G2M (go to market) planning.
Initiate and execute segment/brand's media planning and buying
Analyze market trends, assess performance vs. plan and manage expectation
Coordinate and ensure accurate share/off take forecasting
Manage Marketing budget(A&P/incremental cost of goods )
The Successful Applicant
・More than 5 years' Experience in FMCG product/brand management
・Experience in new product development
・Fluent in spoken and written English
