ã»Develop brand objectives, strategies and annual marketing plan with Marketing Manager.
ã»Lead and execute annual marketing plan, such as TVC/Magazine Tie-up/Digital (contents marketing, SEO etc)/Package design/In-store Display & POP/ promotion/PR while effectively involving/collaborating with Global team/Multifunctional team (Sales, Supply etc)/external agency at the right timing with Marketing Manager's support.
ã»Lead business analysis and project review (market size, share, competitors, customers, P&L etc) to identify business opportunities for further sales growth/profit improvement and develop marketing plans.
ã»Develop trade story for new products/marketing programs in order to successfully execute plans with excellence.
ã»Responsible to effectively manage Marketing budget and recommend to the Marketing Manager the timely reallocation of resources for maximum business impact.
ã»Lead media Planning/Buying with Marketing Manager's support while collaborating with external media agency.
ã»Responsible to manage daily work (e.g. product registration etc)
The Successful Applicant
ã»Minimum 3+ years marketing experience from consumer goods company
ã»Fluent in spoken and written English
ã»Strong strategic/logical thinking skill and analytical skills.
