About Our Client
One of the leading international financial firms
Join a highly motivated and dynamic team in Japan, responsible for application support, troubleshooting and solutioning to front office users. This is a user-facing position. Assist in projects including implementation, testing and coordination. Work closely with global teams. Documentation and user trainings.
The Successful Applicant
- Must have minimum three years of application support in the financial industry.
- Technologies: Unix, Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, Java.
- Strong systems troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Preferred: Product knowledge of Fixed Income, Cash Equity or Derivatives
- Good communication skills.
- Detailed oriented, logical and customer focused
- Ability to travel within Japan and abroad, if required
