About Our Client
World leading Gaishikei company in Japan.
Responsible for delivering service revenue and developing Service strategies which are expected to deliver revenue growth and to increase customer value through Service activities.
*Develop and execute Service strategy.
*Top line forecast accuracy by service contracts, parts sales and maintenance services.
*Continuously enhance customer value through service activities.
*Build infrastructure and professionalism in Service organization, and coach and mentor associates as appropriate.
The Successful Applicant
*At least 5 years of service/customer support experience in Life Science/ Healthcare industry
*In-depth understanding of Service expertise
*3+ years experience of people management
*Outstanding development, coaching and motivating capabilities.
*Fluent English (Business level)
*Native level Japanese
*Strategic thinking and result-oriented.
*Strong sense of customer centricity
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
*Ability to manage uncertainty
*Strong mind set for business compliance
