- Work as a member of the company account management team.
- AEM should handle the account as if they have primary responsibility, keeping the supervisor apprised of account activity so that they can fulfill their strategic planning duties.
- Assist top management in all aspects of account planning, development and production as requested.
- Establish internal project deadlines and coordinate with traffic and creative to ensure that projects are of highest quality and completed on time.
- Provide production assistance including, release forms, and usage paperwork as required.
- Prepare billing and budget reports.
- Complete production orders as needed and distribute to traffic and creative.
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree
- 2-3 years experience in B2B sales or project management.
- Able to communicate in English and Japanese.
- Able to adjust in a high pace progressing company.
- Has customer first way of thinking.
- Has creative way of thinking, and able to explain it to customers in detail
