They have flextime working hour.
・ design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs for the entire company.
・ Develop analytical reports in the area of people and operation to provide insights and identify potential issues for business leaders.
・ Engage in the annual compensation process which covers salary review, and target incentive plan to ensure competitiveness in the market and effectiveness to drive contribution to the business.
・ Assess and enhance the effectiveness of our incentive, recognition, and benefit programs, to ensure continuous alignment with our business strategies, and to drive employee satisfaction and engagement.
・ Communicate benefits and compensation programs effectively to all levels of employees to raise their level of understanding and satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
・ working experience either at an operating company or professional firm.
・ Design and implement compensation and benefits programs or hands-on payroll / compensation & benefits administration experience is mandatory.
・ Some exposure of other HR practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
・ Vendor management experiences, such as payroll outsourcing company is plus.
・ Good command of both spoken and written Japanese and English.
・ Analytical and logical thinking skill with problem solving orientation.
