This C&B Leader will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that this client's compensation and benefits strategies align with the company's objectives and supports all talent retention and attraction efforts.
